Passenger Arrival Information

Chauffeured Transportation is required to comply with local regulations established by each airport and local traffic authority. If you cannot find the limousine pickup area, please ask an Airport Official. If you arrive at your destination and your driver is not there please call Chauffeured Transportation at 1-800-666-4252.

New Regulations

Please note, the airport will only allow one carry on and a briefcase or back pack per person. They will be scanned and or searched. Any sharp object must be put in checked luggage example nail clipper, knitting items etc...

Check in is two hours before scheduled departure on domestic flights and three hours before international flights.

Boston, MA / Logan Airport
Terminal A:
Delta Airlines, Delta Shuttle, Delta Song
Procedure: Arrivals, exit the terminal, cross three traffic islands in to the Limo Waiting area.

Terminal B1: Air Canada
Procedure: Go to the departure level and exit the terminal to the curb.

Terminal B2: USAir, UsAir  Express, USAir Shuttle, Independence Air, Alaska Airlines, ATA, America West
Procedure: Upper Level departures, outside to curb.... proceed to right of curbside area meet the driver at the limousine stand

Terminal B3:  American, American Eagle, Midway, Frontier Air 
Procedure: Upper Level departures, outside to curb.... proceed to center of curbside area meet the driver at the limousine stand

Terminal C: Continental, Continental, Cape air, Midwest Express, United Airlines.
Procedure: Chauffeurs are located on the DEPARTURE Level. Exit the terminal and cross the traffic island.

Terminal E: Air Lingus, Air France. Alitalia, American (int'l arrivals only), British Airways, Icelander, Jet Blue, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, Swiss Air, United (int'l arrivals only), Virgin Atlantic
Procedure: From baggage claim area, Customs, walk outside... cross two roadways to the limo stand....see parking lot

Providence, RI / Green Airport
Meet your driver in the ground transportaion area outside of baggage claim, across the street in the parking lot.

Manchester, NH
Meet your driver outside of baggage claim across the roadway.

Hartford, CT / Bradley International Airport
Call the 800 666 4252 upon your arrival and the driver will be directed to you. Vehicles cannot be parked at the terminal for pick ups.

For meet and greet service at any airport, add $30 to the standard rate.

Airport Van and Limousine Service

Please contact our office for a price quotation.

Please add 18% service fee to all Sedan/Van service. $10 minimum.
20% for Limousines.
Add $20 for all stops enroute.
Private door-door transportation.
$18.00 Tariff/Surface Transportation charge. Includes airport fees, tolls and parking and anywhere this is listed with the rates.
And/or out Pocket Expenses will be added to the Bill

Wait time begins after grace period expires. $1.00 per minute charged for wait time.

Wait Time Non Airport Pickup: Grace period is 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time.  $1.00 per minute charged for wait time. Wait time begins after grace period expires.
