is our top priority. That's why equipping all of our vehicles
with DriveCam Event Data Recorders was essential. A DriveCam is
a video event data recorder that has been proven to improve driving
safety.

any computer with access to the Internet.

- Saturn and Genisys GDS Reservation System linking
travel agents with Apollo and Sabre.

- Quality Assurance Road Supervisor: Daily our (QA)
supervisors go on the road to inspect our vehicles cleanliness
and our chauffeur performance.
- Client Feedback: We want to hear from you! To
let us know how we are doing, we have created Feedback Cards that
are in all of our vehicles or complete our Feedback
Form.
- Incentives and Rewards: We are serious about customer
service and we recognize our employees for providing great service
through Incentive and Reward Programs. We monitor daily for any
incidents occurring and immediately follow up to meet our client’s
satisfaction.
- Daily Manager Meeting: We monitor daily for any
occurring incidents. Immediately following any such, they take
action to resolve what ever needs attending to. As well, our operations
managers meet every day to further discuss any incidents or events,
recapping the day-to-day operations and how incidents can be avoided
in the future. Our goal is to always keep in mind how can we improve
our clients experience with us, and our operations managers are
a key component in that effort.
